Crawfish Enchiladas – they’re back for the month of August!  Tender crawfish tails, cheddar-jack, sauteed mushrooms, pico, and organic heirloom peppers from Johnson’s Backyard Garden, rolled in red tortillas and topped with our creamy Zydeco sauce.  Now come and eat them, already!
